This week's wedding takes us up to the scenic shores of Lake Superior. The outdoor winter ceremony was fitting for these two as they share a deep love for the wilderness. Family, friends and even grandparents toughed it out for a quick ceremony in 32 degrees with 40 mile per hour gusts of wind. It brought us all closer together, huddled up and sharing in the beautiful vows they wrote for each other. My favorite part was when Pat couldn't make it through his vows, so he gave up and just kissed her. From there on out, it was nothing but a huge celebration of the joy in their new commitment to each other. At the end of the night, some of us headed down to the beach where the wind was now calm. They lit the arbor on fire and finished the night with a little bonfire. It was an absolute blast from start to finish and truly an honor to be apart of. Enjoy!
