jeff + amber | engagement session

the great thing about shooting for your friend, is that you can barter goods. in this case, we trade hair services for engagement photos. all bartering aside, amber is one of my best friends. she's like a sister. she's marrying one of my childhood friends who's like a brother to me.

i gotta say that i'm HONORED to be her maid of, well, honor. and i take my duty seriously and consider it an important role. i'll be the one calming her nerves and cheering her on. we all need this when we're going through big changes in life.

i'll stop babbling now.

i couldn't get over how gorgeous the light was with the mist glowing around her in the waterfalls. i'd say it matches her sunny, glowing personality.

even though sally is (obviously) gorgeous on the outside, her warm and friendly personality won me over instantly. she's very mellow and up for anything. she's a talented dancer, so even when she was tired of smiling for me, i asked her to do some dance jumps on the beach and she BROUGHT IT.
